JOB OVERVIEW

About Us: We are a company specializing in helping investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, and real estate professionals secure funding through 0% APR business credit cards. Our services enable clients to access $50,000 to $250,000 in business credit for growth, expansion, or investments.

Start Date: Immediate.

Objective:
***We are seeking a skilled professional to:***
- Set up and demonstrate paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Teach us the step-by-step process for creating, running, and analyzing ads on these platforms.
- Ensure we are equipped to independently manage and optimize these campaigns after the initial setup.

***Job Type:***
This is a short-term gig. The goal is to complete the setup and training within a fixed timeline.

***Responsibilities:***
>>> LinkedIn Ads:
- Set up LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting our defined audience.
- Provide a step-by-step walkthrough for creating ads, including targeting options, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
- Teach how to analyze ad performance (e.g., clicks, impressions, conversion metrics) and decide - whether adjustments are needed.
- Ensure ads run without restrictions or account issues.
>>> YouTube Ads:
- Help set up or troubleshoot YouTube accounts, including resolving any suspension issues.
- Guide us through the ad creation process on YouTube, from video ad creation to targeting strategies.
- Assist us how to analyze performance metrics (e.g., view rate, engagement, click-through rate) and optimize campaigns.
>>> Facebook Ads:
- Set up ad campaigns while avoiding the "Special Ad Category" restrictions.
- Provide a step-by-step guide for creating and running ads tailored to our audience.
- Train us on analyzing metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to measure ad effectiveness.

***Requirements:***
- Proven experience running successful ad campaigns on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong knowledge of ad metrics and analytics for campaign performance evaluation.
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly and provide actionable insights.
- Track record of avoiding ad restrictions and navigating platform policies effectively.
- Willingness to focus on teaching us so we can take over the campaigns after setup.
