Data Collection Specialist

Join our team as a Data Collection Specialist in real estate, where you'll gather crucial market data and directly engage with potential clients to drive business growth. Dive deep into databases to extract insights and use your strong communication skills to initiate impactful conversations, shaping our success through targeted outreach efforts. This role offers a dynamic blend of research-driven discovery and direct client interaction, fueling our expansion in the competitive real estate market.


Hours: Full Time - 40hr per week 8a-5pm M-F (PST)


RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect Data:

Understand and locate potential clients along with contact information to use for client reach out.

Live Prospecting

Use provided CRM to follow up with clients daily and engage in conversation with prospects daily for 6 or more hours.

Appointment Setting:

Successfully conversate with clients and set up virtual and in person appointments for our sales team.


Learn Scripts:

Memorize, understand and perfect conversations that follow similar direction.

Provide Data Reports:

Organize data and provide end of day, week and monthly reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

Previous phone calling work is required.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Experience with sourcing data
Experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus.
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and software.

Self-Motivation:

Capable of working independently and efficiently on repetitive tasks.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong attention to detail to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Remote Work:

Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
