JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer service specialist with experience in fashion dropshipping to join our team for a long-term position. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and manage key service platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to make decisions independently. You will collaborate with another customer service team member to brainstorm and suggest improvements. Many emails are handled using an AI tool.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Use provided spreadsheets and documents to track and manage ongoing tasks.
- Respond to general Helpscout tickets. (30-40 tickets answered per hour)
- Follow return policy procedures, including offering discounts, refunds, and handling return addresses.
- Report damaged/defective items to suppliers via Discord or CJ via WhatsApp for replacements.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding order shipments, replacements, cancellations, and other concerns.
- Monitor unfulfilled orders via Shopify and resolve issues with sizing, color, and address verification.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in **fashion dropshipping**.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service platforms (e.g., Helpscout) and order management systems (e.g., Shopify).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to give feedback on current processes and suggest optimizations.
