Daily Tasks:
Before you apply, ensure you meet these essential requirements:
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a dynamic environment
• Proficient with computer software (Microsoft Office, G-Suite, PayPal)
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, Square Space, Canvas, Asana, Google Drive, Google Slides, and other management resources
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
• Full-time availability, including weekends
• Positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years managing teams in sales
Potential Duties:
• Answering all business lines with a welcoming tone
• Booking appointments efficiently using
• Organizing and promptly responding to daily
• Managing artist schedules with finesse
• Maintaining the office condition and coordinating repairs
• Drafting and maintaining office policies for smooth operations
• Ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing
Bonus Responsibilities:
• Handling social media inquiries across platforms
• Responding to reviews on Google and Yelp to enhance our online presence
• Following up and confirming appointments to keep our schedule on track
• Efficiently filing customer photos within Google Drive
• Crafting monthly blog posts and biweekly newsletters
• Editing and posting engaging photos to social media platforms
• Creating a comprehensive training manual for future use
• Developing and implementing exciting promotions to captivate our audience
