Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:
Engage with potential customers via phone to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services and handling objections.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to accurately address customer inquiries.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to current customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Language Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.

Experience:
Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace.
Attributes:

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
