We are seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist with excellent spoken and written English skills to manage client relationships, onboarding, and the deployment of digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for setting up websites, configuring tools, and ensuring clients understand and get the most out of our services. This role is primarily about client communication and managing automated systems, with training provided for all technical tasks.

This is a part-time position at $7/hour for the first 30 days, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Work Schedule:

Part-Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Full-Time (Upon Promotion): 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Time Tracking: You must be logged into Time Doctor during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the initial setup process and ensure they understand the services we provide.
System Deployment: Set up websites, calendars, and automated tools like follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Client Communication: Handle client emails, calls, and support requests professionally and promptly.
Workflow Management: Monitor and manage automated processes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Reporting: Send automated reports and updates to clients and assist with general client follow-ups.

Skills Required:

Fluent English: Strong written and spoken English skills are essential.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of websites, CRM tools, and automation (training provided).
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures accurately and double-check work.
Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and keep track of client needs efficiently.

You must have a desktop computer with a monitor, a stable internet connection, and a working webcam and microphone. You must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and be logged into Time Doctor during working hours to track your hours for payroll.
