Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales VA with strong communication skills, a neutral or Americanized accent, and a proactive approach to handling both inbound customer support and lead nurturing. This role requires someone who can engage new hot leads in HubSpot, guide them toward booking a demo, and help convert them into paying clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries while also setting up demos and appointments for potential customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Support
- Respond to new hot leads in HubSpot with the goal of nurturing them and booking a demo.
- Guide leads through the sales funnel, answering questions and addressing objections to convert them into closed clients.
- Schedule and manage demos and sales appointments efficiently.
- Customer Support & Onboarding Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk (live chat, email, and tickets).
- Resolve onboarding questions for new clients and ensure a smooth setup process.
- Close support tickets with accurate and helpful responses.
- Keep the company’s FAQ section updated in Zendesk based on common questions.

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience (preferably handling inbound calls and lead nurturing).
- Experience with Zendesk & HubSpot (or similar CRM/helpdesk software).
- Strong English communication skills with a neutral or Americanized accent.
- Quiet and professional work environment (no background noise, pets, or distractions).
- Headset with a microphone for clear voice quality.
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding leads toward booking demos.
- Ability to work within CST business hours.
