Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
Provide detailed information about our inventory, services, and policies.
Assist customers with the car buying process, including financing and trade-in options.
Schedule appointments for test drives and service visits.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
