Ultra Labs is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Ultra Labs is a U.S.-based Business Incubator/Accelerator that focuses on software/tech-based businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Make phone calls to verify paperwork
- Provide support with operational tasks as needed
- Follow outlined procedures for data entry
- Work graveyard shift

Qualifications:
- Excellent English
- Preferred previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google G Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Professional, personable, and respectful demeanor when interacting with customers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Openness and receptiveness to feedback
