• Use tools like ChatGPT to translate and craft professional responses in Dutch.
• Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain and analyze records in spreadsheets, including:
• Tracking late deliveries.
• Evaluating supplier performance (identifying good vs. poor suppliers).
• Assessing which products might benefit from shorter delivery times.
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer service or a related role (minimum 6 years preferred).
• Exceptional written communication skills in any language.
• Proven ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively for translations and customer responses.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for communication.

Compensation

• We offer a starting rate of $7 per hour for this position.
