JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team immediately. We run an E-Commerce dropshipping business in different countries.

You will first do the customer service tasks yourself to prove your experience and later on you will start managing the team.

Requirements:

— Proven experience in managing a customer service team
— At least 1 year experience in customer service
— Proven experience with Shopify
— Experience with E-Commerce Dropshipping.
— Experience in handling Paypal, Stripe disputes + Shopify chargebacks
— Available for multiple meetings during the week.
— Ability to work flexibly and independently with minimal supervision.
— Strong organizational and time-management skills
— Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
— Speak fluent English both written and verbally

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

- Shopify
- Gmail
- Excel
- Slack
- Any of these following CS softwares: (Helpscout, Re:amaze, Zendesk, Georgia’s, etc.)

Responsibilities:

— Managing a customer service team, training and hiring VA’s
— Being able to handle Paypal, Stripe disputes and Shopify chargebacks
— Making customer service + dispute templates and improving them over time
— Being able to handle customer complaints.
— Reporting on refunds/complaints.
— Being able to respond to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs.
— Collaborating with our suppliers.
— Being able to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
— Working closely with the CEO and reporting to him weekly
— Working with Hubstaff Time Tracking
