We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Service Representative with solid experience in e-commerce and dropshipping. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and suppliers, while resolving order-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via
Resolve PayPal and Klarna disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Manage Shopify chargebacks and related customer concerns.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to resolve order issues such as incorrect sizes, address changes, and out-of-stock products.
Take initiative to identify and resolve problems proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain clear and timely communication with both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in e-commerce/dropshipping.
Strong experience handling PayPal and Klarna disputes.
Proficient in managing Shopify chargebacks.
Solid understanding of the Shopify platform and its ecosystem.
Experience in supplier communication and order issue resolution.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and proactively communicate with tea
