Role Description

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, assist with bookings, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. This role plays a vital part in creating exceptional client experiences throughout their travel journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Booking Assistance: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Problem Resolution: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage complaints with patience and empathy.
Itinerary Planning: Help clients design customized travel itineraries tailored to their preferences.
Post-Trip Follow-Up: Gather feedback, address concerns, and foster long-term client relationships.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools (e.g., GDS systems, online booking platforms).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements (e.g., visas, health regulations).
Experience in handling high-pressure situations and resolving client disputes effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and courteous client interactions.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
