ingarden GmbH is a Health & Wellness Food Tech D2C Subscription Start-up that provides superfood growing kits in e-commerce (launched in October 21’). ingarden is active in the US and Europe with the mission of making healthy and sustainable nutrition accessible daily for everyone.
Tasks:
As our "Customer Experience Manager" you will work independently in our customer support department under the supervision of Co-Founder & CEO, Christian Saitner.
Your tasks will include:
- Customer support and handling of customer inquiries in our customer service tools incl.
- Customer service phone calls (if applicable)
- Resolving customer issues using our operations/warehouse tools
- Complaint and reclamation management
- Process optimization and automation of frequent customer inquiries
- Weekly and Monthly reporting: Preparation of reports for customer service related outputs
Candidate Profile:
- very good language skills in German and English (spoken & written)
- organized and responsible
- strong communication skills
- experience in customer service desired
