We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Marketing Manager with a proven track record in creative development for Meta Ads,
Roles and Responsibilities
Creative Development & Strategy
-Meta Ads: Develop and manage a creative library for Meta ads, including video and static offers, tailored to different business stages to ensure effective customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
-Landing Pages: Create and optimize landing pages that effectively capture leads and drive conversions.
Campaign Management & Optimization
-Test-and-Learn Strategy: Implement and manage a test-and-learn approach for design and copywriting to ensure a consistent flow of new options for Meta specialists, aiming to increase appointment bookings and overall campaign effectiveness.
-Seasonal Promotions: Develop assets for seasonal promotional campaigns to drive additional revenue through online shopping and e-commerce sales.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all creative initiatives, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
-Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.
We’re looking for:
-Visionary Executor: Documented experience blending big-picture campaigns and content creation with the tactical precision to bring big projects to execution quickly.
-Creative Orchestrator/Program Manager: Makes order out of chaos, strong at figuring out how to make something work, and takes other people along.
-Creative Innovator: Background in large scale, revenue-driving creative roles, with tactical knowledge in Canva Templates, Video, experimentation in Meta (copy/video ads).
-Revenue & Impact: Experienced creator around local promotion campaigns, retention/re-engagement, and nurture campaigns that drove 4x+ performance.
-Leader & Team Collaborator: Managed offshore staff effectively, works well across teams, and with clients.
Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
-4-6 years of experience in creative development, preferably within an agency setting.
-Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
-Proven ability to handle multiple creative management projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.
-Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.
Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.
