Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst

Looking for a skilled and experienced individual to take care of research operations for a Real Estate team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Education is optional but experience is a must. Must be experienced in using technology to analyze, research and capture all pertinent information required in relation to a property.

We specialize in commercial real estate only. What we do:
-Identify and sell key off-market properties suitable for our buyers

Key responisbilties:
-Conduct research on land and other commercial properties, including zoning, ownership, and market data
-Perform skip tracing to locate property owners and decision makers
-Maintain a high level of organization
-Will also be required to contact local authorities and departments via phone and email, to confirm zoning, permits, current and future uses
