Job Overview
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) with cold calling experience to help generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on the phone, and has experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing.

A voice sample must be submitted with the application.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers to introduce Cody Drug.

Identify decision-makers (clinic administrators, practice managers, etc.) and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads to ensure attendance at scheduled meetings.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing).

Experience in B2B sales or the healthcare industry is a plus.

Fluent in English with a neutral accent (perfect English required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet daily call quotas.

Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is preferred.

Coachable mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement feedback.
Integrity: A strong sense of ethics and professionalism in all interactions.

Working Hours & Compensation:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Must be available 8 AM – 5 PM CST

Competitive pay based on experience
