Cold Caller

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Called Caller with a strong background in sales and a solid understanding of legal processes and terminology. This individual will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial stages of our legal services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a passion for helping clients navigate legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining legal services and answering basic inquiries
Qualify leads by assessing potential clients' legal needs and determining if they are a good fit for the firm’s services
Follow up on warm leads to schedule consultations or meetings with legal professionals
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and communication
Stay up-to-date with the firm's services and any legal industry changes that could impact client outreach
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals by driving successful lead conversion
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
Assist with administrative tasks, including sending emails, documents, or follow-up materials
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Strong understanding of legal terms, processes, and client needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred Skills:

Experience in a legal firm or knowledge of legal services and practices
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bilingual abilities are a plus
