Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative with a background in healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare products and services, and a proven track record of sales success. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through phone and email communication.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to generate leads within the healthcare industry, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Prospect Qualification: Identify potential clients and assess their needs to determine if our products and services align with their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients
- Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address the needs of prospective clients
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and product development teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using our CRM system


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus

Requirements:

- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
