About Us:

We are a fast-growing and dynamic company offering a variety of innovative programs. Our passion drives us, and as we expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to help take us to the next level. Our team consists of around 30 remote professionals based in the Philippines, and we are looking for a dedicated leader to enhance team performance and optimize our systems.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly capable and proactive individual to manage daily operations, oversee projects, and ensure our team functions at peak efficiency. This key leadership role requires a sharp focus on maintaining project timelines, improving workflows, and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is an all-encompassing role, demanding a minimum availability of 10-12 hours per day in alignment with the client’s Irish time zone.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee remote teams and ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects.
-Monitor workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
-Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational processes.
-Act as the central communication hub, managing project flow and team coordination.
-Gather data and generate reports from multiple sources.
-Coordinate new projects and ensure that all deadlines are met.
-Stay updated on automation processes and optimize their implementation.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or in a similar executive leadership role.
-Strong understanding of remote team management and accountability.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
-Proficiency in computer software and a solid understanding of technical tools.
-Experience using HubSpot.
-A logical thinker who takes ownership and follows through on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Extensive experience managing virtual teams.
-Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking proactive action.
-Strong ability to prioritize and lead teams efficiently.
-Familiarity with Google Suite and various third-party platforms.
