We are looking for a skilled ChatGPT Specialist to help us grow our real estate business. Your job will focus on using AI to generate leads and creating engaging videos to attract buyers, sellers, and agents.

What You’ll Do:
• Create real estate scripts and campaigns using ChatGPT.
• Edit and produce short videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Work with our team to come up with creative ideas.
• Make sure all content is clear, professional, and engaging.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Strong video editing skills (use tools like iMovie, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Available to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Organized and reliable.
