Campaign Manager (D2D Marketing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D2D Marketing Campaign Manager to successfully build teams and manage our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, build and manage teams, and ensure that campaign objectives are met. This role requires an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills who can collaborate effectively across departments to foster growth and improve overall performance.

***We’re looking for someone who can recruit and manage teams of Door-to-Door Sales Representatives (Brand Ambassadors) in the United States. YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RECRUITING + PROJECT MANAGEMENT.***

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build and Manage Teams.
· Recruit and Onboard New Promoters.
· Manage campaigns to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
· Facilitate communication of campaign’s objectives across teams.
· Develop and document processes to create efficient operational systems.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive campaigns’ success.
· Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the company’s standards and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience in project management or a related field, demonstrating strong supervisory skills.
· Strong background in project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
· Experience in strategic planning, with the ability to align operational goals with business objectives.
· Familiarity with collaboration sales and marketing techniques that drive revenue growth.
· Demonstrated ability in process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
