CRM and Data Reporting Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Reporting Specialist to manage, customize, and optimize our CRM system (EspoCRM) and create actionable reports using MS Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must work 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:
- Customize and manage EspoCRM backend, including creating workflows, reports, and data integrations.
- Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Create custom data queries using SQL and optimize database performance for reporting needs.
- Integrate and manipulate data from CRM using REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
- Develop automated solutions for report generation and distribution.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably EspoCRM or similar platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (VBA, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL preferred).
- Proficiency in PHP and REST APIs for CRM customization.
- Experience in data visualization and creating user-friendly dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Experience working with data from e-commerce or custom portals.
- Background in business analysis or data-driven decision-making.
