Business Development Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Analyst to join our team. The primary role of this position is to acquire and distill knowledge from various high-level courses and efficiently communicate this knowledge to the leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who is a fast learner, highly organized and has a passion for continuous learning and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Course Completion: Diligently complete selected high-level courses from Udemy, Coursera, and other platforms as needed.
Knowledge Synthesis: Create detailed summaries and synthesize information into understandable and actionable insights.
Educational Presentations: Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations or other visual aids to communicate learned material effectively.
Weekly Briefings: Conduct weekly sessions to educate and inform the leadership team on the course content and practical applications.
Progress Assessments: Develop and utilize templates or formats to track learning progress and ensure a thorough understanding of the material.
Content Customization: Tailor the information to align with the specific needs and goals of the business.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and ambitious, ready to adapt to changing business needs and explore different educational content areas as required.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role such as a learning consultant, corporate trainer, or business development analyst.

Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in creating educational materials and presentations
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
