We are seeking a talented Virtual Brand Strategist on a contract basis to help us build a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with our target audience. Job Description:

As a Virtual Brand Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy that reflects our company’s mission and values. You will be responsible for creating a unique brand identity that sets us apart in the competitive AI and recruitment technology market. Your primary task will be to develop a detailed brand plan deck that outlines our brand strategy and identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
Develop a clear and compelling brand positioning and messaging framework.
Create a cohesive visual and verbal brand identity, including logo, color schemes, typography, and brand voice.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all channels.
Create a comprehensive brand plan deck that includes:
Market research and insights
Brand positioning statement
Target audience analysis
Brand identity elements (logo, colors, typography)
Brand messaging framework
Marketing and communication strategy
Implementation plan and timeline
Present the brand plan deck to our team and incorporate feedback as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role, preferably in the technology or HR sector.
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand development and management.
Excellent understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating professional and visually appealing presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AI and its applications in talent acquisition is a plus.
