JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic events and ticketing company specializing in providing premium access to Premier League matches, particularly for teams like Manchester United. We are seeking an experienced Bot Developer to build a robust top basket bot that will streamline the ticket purchasing process, ensuring seamless user experience and high-quality performance.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Bot Developer to design, build, and maintain an automated bot specifically for purchasing Premier League tickets. The bot should be able to monitor ticket availability, add tickets to the basket, and integrate with Discord to notify users when tickets are in the basket. Additionally, it will feature a countdown timer for how long the tickets are reserved, allowing users to easily complete the purchase. Regular maintenance will also be required to keep the bot functioning efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a top basket bot for Premier League teams, including but not limited to Manchester United.
Integrate the bot with ticketing websites to monitor, add tickets to the basket, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Create a notification system linked to Discord that alerts users when tickets are in the basket.
Implement a countdown timer that shows how long the tickets are reserved for, allowing users to make purchases before time expires.
Ensure compatibility with proxies and implement a captcha-solving mechanism to avoid detection and prevent issues with bot access.
Ensure the bot supports multiple events, varying quantities of tickets, and different seating preferences.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep the bot functioning optimally, adapting to any changes in ticketing site structures or policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation during major ticket drops.
Ensure the bot complies with any legal or platform-specific restrictions to prevent account bans or penalties.
Develop robust security protocols to protect user data and accounts.
Provide user support and training materials, if needed, to guide end-users on the bot's operation.
Requirements:

Proven experience in bot development, especially in ticket purchasing automation or related fields.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with web scraping and automation tools such as Selenium or Puppeteer.
Familiarity with proxies and captcha-solving techniques.
Experience with APIs and integration with third-party services (such as Discord) for notifications.
Experience with UI/UX design to ensure a user-friendly experience for end users.
Understanding of ticketing websites (preferably for sports events) and their purchase flows.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and events concurrently within the bot.
Experience with regular bot maintenance and updates to prevent issues with ticketing platforms.
Knowledge of security best practices to safeguard user information.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with other developers and project managers.
Maintenance & Support:
The developer will be required to perform regular maintenance, updates, and bug fixes as needed to ensure the bot stays functional and up to date with platform changes. This will be an ongoing responsibility throughout the contract.

How to Apply:
Interested candidates should apply with a relevant CV detailing previous bots built, especially in ticket automation or similar fields. If you know of any existing bots with similar capabilities, let us know, and you could earn a commission for providing that information.
