Lone Star Capital is looking for a high-level, talented assistant for our acquisitions team! Our ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
* Support entity setup, including drafting organizational charts, applying for EINs, and managing deal-related expenses.
* Assist with deal closings by finalizing sources and reviewing settlement statements for accuracy.
* Assist in the Underwriting process (property acquisition financial analysis).
* Prepare materials for our investment presentations.
* Perform market research by calling competing properties for comp details.
