JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter (BDR)/Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls with decision-makers to discuss their requirement needs and how our services can benefit them.
Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully pass gatekeepers to connect with stakeholders and decision-makers, presenting our value proposition effectively.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our solutions accordingly.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing client acquisition and retention.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Gatekeeper Navigation: Ability to pass gatekeepers and engage directly with stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead Generation: Proven track record of generating high-quality leads with experience in SaaS
Appointment Setting: Expertise in setting up and securing meetings with key decision-makers.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools. - Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, etc
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
