Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential clients/partners explaining our services, and identifying those who would benefit from our real estate solutions. This is an independent contractor position.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients/partners
• Research data on potential clients (e.g., industry, contact information)
• Input accurate and complete lead information into the CRM system
• Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of Relancer Capital's services, including partnership and referral opportunities
• Qualify leads
• Schedule appointments for the team to follow up with potential clients
• Accurately track and record all call activity and lead information in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment setting targets
• Stay up-to-date on Relancer Capital's services and the real estate investment market
• Represent Relancer Capital in a professional and positive manner

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of real estate (a plus)
• Proficient in using CRM (Monday) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Results-driven and motivated to achieve targets
