We are seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale Shipping Expert who is proficient in using Inventory Labs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon FBA operations, inventory management, and shipping logistics. This role is crucial for optimizing our shipping processes, managing inventory efficiently, and ensuring our products reach Amazon warehouses on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize shipping processes for Amazon FBA using Inventory Labs.
Oversee inventory management, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and Amazon to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Prepare and process shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
Utilize Inventory Labs to track inventory levels, sales data, and shipment statuses.
Generate and analyze reports from Inventory Labs to improve shipping and inventory strategies.
Resolve any issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, and FBA requirements.
Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and related documents.
Stay updated with Amazon FBA policies and ensure all shipping activities comply with the latest standards.
