Amazon FBA Reseller | Buyer Procurement Specialist

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support our wholesale resell business on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product sourcing, inventory management, supply chain logistics and supplier negotiation. This is a full time, remote position with flexible hours.

Please let us know you previous experience working on Amazon and definitely mention if you have created POs for other Amazon wholesale resellers.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trending products.
- Analyze product specifications, pricing, and competition to make informed buying decisions
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals and terms
- Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts
- Place purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases and update relevant documentation
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory and purchasing strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends and opportunities
- Experience with online marketplaces and product sourcing, ideally for Amazon
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for supplier management
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Airtable, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
