**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airbnb Arbitrage Property Locator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for real estate opportunities and a solid understanding of the short-term rental market. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential properties for Airbnb arbitrage, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating with property owners and managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable Airbnb arbitrage opportunities.
- Analyze real estate trends, rental demand, and occupancy rates in various markets.
- Identify and evaluate properties that meet our criteria for short-term rental arbitrage.
- Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property managers, and landlords.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential property investments.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing properties.
- Stay updated on local regulations and laws related to short-term rentals.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and Airbnb platform.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research and financial analysis.
- Proficient in using real estate databases and market analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
