JOB OVERVIEW

Infinite Modern Brands is seeking a highly motivated and organized Affiliate Marketing & Co-Selling Manager to oversee and grow our affiliate partnerships using Social Snowball and CreatorCommerce.shop. This role is critical in expanding our brand’s reach through performance-based marketing, working closely with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to drive sales and engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliates and co-sellers, ensuring their success in promoting Modern Shelving, TANDM Surf, and our expanding portfolio of brands. The position is fully remote but requires availability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST - USA).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our affiliate marketing programs on Social Snowball and CreatorCommerce.shop.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators.
Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and drive revenue.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports with key insights and recommendations.
Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and incentives for affiliate partners.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with brand goals.
Monitor competitor affiliate programs and industry trends to stay ahead in the space.
Provide customer support and training to affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Experience & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance-based marketing.
Prior experience managing affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, Refersion, Impact, ShareASale, or similar).
Knowledge of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, eCommerce, and co-selling platforms.
Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, KPI analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work independently and proactively drive growth initiatives.

Technical Requirements:
A high-performance laptop or desktop computer capable of handling multiple browser tabs, data tracking software, and video meetings.
Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
Experience using marketing tools, email automation platforms, and project management software (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and analyzing data.
Work Schedule & Availability:
Fully remote position – work from anywhere in the Philippines.
Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST).
Flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours work during major promotions or campaign launches.
