Job Title: Ad Account Specialist

Location: Remote
Compensation: Wage is dependent on experience. Minimum starting wage is 450 PHP per hour. (Growth potential after three months). Bonuses are also paid as the business grows. Bonuses are based on individual work toward client and team satisfaction.

Position Overview:
Ad Account Specialists manage clients' Google, Facebook & Instagram Ad Accounts. Your primary role is to create, launch, maintain and analyze campaigns for each client while inputting data into our Project Management system. Your ultimate goal is to deliver our clients Quality leads at a competitive market value.
The ideal candidate will have a background in ad campaign development and management, and have experience working in a collaborative, remote environment. Excellent written and spoken English language skills are necessary for this position.

- Account & Ad Optimization/Strategizing:
- Taking the initiative to go above the typical and own the accounts. Ensuring the best practices are used in ad campaign management to provide clients with their best possible return on investment.
- A/B style testing
- Ad optimization
- Retargeting
- Campaign Management


Reporting & Meetings:
- Data Input & Analyzation
- Cross Department Communication
- Department meetings
- Be on time to meetings & check in’s

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Google and Meta ads
- Strong understanding of Google and Meta Ad platforms
- Manage up to 25 Accounts and lose no more than one account per quarter
- Demonstrated proficiency with tools like Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager…
- Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
- Comfortable working across time zones and maintaining flexible hours to support the leadership team with virtual meetings in Eastern Time (EST and EDT) and with team members currently in Philippine Time (PHT). Outside of meetings, the applicant may work independently at any time in their chosen schedule.
- Demonstrated excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Must be able to write ads that cater to people and businesses in the USA and Canada.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Ability to anticipate, understand and creatively solve problems or resolve issues.
- Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and your team.

BIGGEST CHALLENGES FOR THIS POSITION.
- Time Management with large account load
- Getting Assets from clients / Poor Assets
- Client is not responsive
- Balancing high need clients with workload
- Poor offer, outdated website, issues with schedule
- Clients that are upset with results and/or do not take recommendations
- Be receptive and open to constructive feedback and idea exchanges in any given interaction

Remote Office Requirements:
- Have at least a 15Mbps internet connection
- Office setup:
- Power backup in place
- Computer is stress-tested and able to complete the required tasks
- Camera, lighting and audio setup adequate for virtual meetings


Education & Areas of Expertise:
Formal Education: Preferred but not required — Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related.
Complementary studies: Preferred but not required — Sales or Marketing related postgraduate studies.

Compensation:
The starting rate is based on experience level with a minimum at 450 PHP per hour, and potential growth based on performance and time with the company.
As FLEET Car Rental Marketing profits, the company will share the profit with team members. These performance bonuses will be based on each team members' contribution to client satisfaction, project completion, and teamwork.
