We are a dynamic business specializing in video editing. We’re seeking a talented designer who can create high-performing visuals for the Google Display Network and YouTube Ads that capture attention, drive engagement, and convert viewers into customers.

Responsibilities:
Design Custom Ad Creatives: Produce visually compelling images and graphics tailored for Google Display Network and YouTube Ads.
Understand Ad Performance Goals: Create designs optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all creatives align with our brand’s style, messaging, and tone.
Ad Format Expertise: Design across multiple ad formats and sizes, including:
Static images for Google Display Network (e.g., 300x250, 728x90, 160x600, etc.).
Dynamic responsive ad assets.
Thumbnail and display images for YouTube Ads.
Incorporate Best Practices: Apply knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ad creative best practices, such as safe zones, clear CTAs, and proper file optimization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and design feedback.
Iterative Testing: Create multiple variations of ads for A/B testing and refine designs based on performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A portfolio showcasing high-performing ad creatives for Google Display and/or YouTube Ads.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ability to export optimized files in proper formats for ad networks.
Familiarity with safe zones, responsive ad design, and file specifications for Google Ads.
Ad Platform Knowledge:
Understanding of Google Ads creative requirements and YouTube Ad thumbnail guidelines.
Familiarity with design strategies for increasing CTR and ad engagement.
Creative and Analytical Mindset:
Strong design aesthetics, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and iterate on designs accordingly.
Communication Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback to improve designs.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
Experience with motion graphics or animations for YouTube video overlays.
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager tools or ad placement strategies.
Prior experience designing ads for e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
