API Developer (Philippines-Based)
Company: Paradox Group PTY Ltd
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Compensation: Trial Month of $500 USD, then salary assessment, no maximum. 40 hours work per week, tracked through time tracking software - Hubstaff.

Paradox Group PTY Ltd, an Australia-based company, is seeking a talented API Developer to join our innovative team. This role is an opportunity to work on dynamic projects while collaborating with teams across different countries. If you are passionate about building seamless API integrations and have hands-on experience with various systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance API solutions using PHP (Core or Lavel), Python, or Node.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce and other systems.
Work with Google APIs (Maps, Analytics, Ads) to develop tailored solutions.
(Optional) Develop integrations with Ontraport, Shopify, and DrChrono systems.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing API implementations for enhanced performance and scalability.
Ensure all solutions are secure and compliant with best practices.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in API development and integration.

Strong proficiency in working with:
WordPress for API implementation.
HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
Google APIs (Maps, Analytics, Ads) for business intelligence and solutions.
Familiarity with (optional but preferred):
Ontraport
Shopify
DrChrono
Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Interview Process:
First Round: 15-minute Meet & Greet with the Hiring Manager.
Second Round: 1-hour live coding of a basic task with a member of our development team. A simulated work environment would be setup.
Third Round: Cultural fit and final discussion with the CTO.
