Loan Officer Assistant / Loan Processor / Mortgage Loan Processor

W2 Cap Capital, a US based hard money lending brokerage, is looking for someone who possesses the drive to win and succeed in a detailed oriented role for efficiently and effectively processing and servicing loans.

The right candidate won’t just be servicing loans. Their work will contribute to the W2 Cap Capital team's, our borrowers' and our lenders' successes.

What Winning in this Role Looks like:
- Review Loan Applications
- Verify Borrower Information
- Analyze Financial & US Entity Documents
- Ensure Compliance and Regulations with our Policies
- Handle Customer Inquiries
- Tracking Construction Draws and Lender Disbursements
- Monitor Loan Repayments
- attend 1-hour of virtual office hours (via Zoom) M-F at a TBD time (within the 9-5 EST time zone)
- Assisting Loan Officer(s) with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications, loans, construction draw requests, and payoff letters

The Skills You Need to Win:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year experience in the US Mortgage Industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in using CRM & Loan Application Softwares (use of Lending Wise is a plus)
- Strong project and time management skills
- Experience working with Western companies
