Do you know what makes a great YouTube thumbnail?

Hi! My name is Fabi. I'm a budding beauty influencer hoping to grow my YouTube channel as big as I possibly can.

I have a background in web design and computer programming. I have created my own thumbnails for all my videos, but it takes time away from filming.

Therefore, I am looking for the next SUPERSTAR for my team. Someone with drive and passion who will always strive to make the best thumbnails possible.

You and I will run A/B tests to discover what thumbnail styles are more effective. We will learn together.

The position will start as FREELANCE (3 YouTube thumbnails per week) , and if things go well it could become a PART-TIME position.


** Required **
Advanced Graphic Design skills
Advanced Photoshop skills
Experience creating thumbnails for YouTube (and other social media platforms)
Excellent verbal English
Excellent at following directions

Creating thumbnails for YouTube videos
Creating graphics for Instagram

If I dUpgrade to see actual info to move forward, the next step will be a paid test project. The test project will ask you to create a thumbnail similar to an example from the doc.
