We are a growing real estate investment company that sources off-market properties through data-driven marketing strategies. To support our expansion and improve marketing ROI, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Manager & Analyst to handle our day-to-day data operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Extraction & Management:

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, including third-party providers and in-house acquisitions.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency for use in our marketing campaigns.
Regularly update and maintain our databases to reflect the freshest and most relevant information.
Data Enrichment:

Combine and enhance datasets to improve targeting and segmentation.
Identify missing or incorrect data points and take corrective actions.
Data Processing & Automation:

Utilize tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and scripting in Python (a major plus) for automation and reporting.
Implement data validation techniques to ensure high data integrity.
Assist in scraping relevant data from online sources to supplement our databases.
Reporting & Insights:

Generate reports and insights to help optimize marketing efforts and enhance return on investment (ROI).
Provide support to the marketing team by delivering actionable data insights.
Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in data.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple data sources effectively.
Preferred (Huge +++):

Experience with Python (for automation and data processing).
Knowledge of web scraping techniques and data mining strategies.
Prior experience in the real estate or marketing data management field.
Compensation & Growth:

Starting Pay: $4.00/hour
Performance Reviews: Every 6 months
Potential Pay Increases: Based on performance, we offer structured raises typically between $0.50 to $1.00 per hour every 6 to 12 months, with opportunities for bonuses based on contribution and results.
