Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing real estate listings, transactions, and databases
• Handle correspondence with clients, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders
• Perform market research and provide insights on real estate trends
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure client data is up-to-date

• Assist with social media management, property marketing, and content creation
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and transactions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
• Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Realtor, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus
