JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Marketing Agency Client Experience & Account Manager
Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day, potential to increase to full-time)
Location: Remote - We are AUS based, with clients in AUS and the US.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Experience & Account Manager to ensure seamless client onboarding, maintain strong client relationships, and hold the internal team accountable for deliverables. This role is essential in optimizing our client experience, ensuring smooth communication, and keeping marketing campaigns aligned with client expectations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and has a moderate understanding of META Ads to pull reports and analyze campaign performance. This role does not require running ads but does require the ability to navigate ad accounts and interpret performance data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Management:
- Client communications
- Oversee and streamline the client onboarding process to ensure it is fast, efficient, and hassle-free.
- Follow up with clients to collect necessary assets (logos, branding, images, ad content, etc.) and ensure onboarding is completed on time.
- Answer client questions promptly and provide guidance where needed.
- Maintain clear documentation of onboarding progress and escalate delays when necessary.
- Ongoing Client Relationship Management:
- Monthly check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and understand any adjustments they’d like for their marketing campaigns.
- Act as a point of contact, ensuring a positive client experience and addressing concerns proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve retention and satisfaction.

Internal Team Accountability:
- Ensure the internal team stays on track with deliverables by following up on deadlines and project timelines.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
- Help resolve any bottlenecks that could slow down project execution.
- Reporting & Campaign Insights:
- Navigate META Ads Manager to pull performance reports and share key insights with clients.
- Communicate campaign performance updates in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Work with the team to relay client feedback and ensure any requested changes are implemented efficiently.

Requirements:
? Experience in client management or account management (preferably in digital marketing or a related industry).
? Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively.
? Moderate understanding of META Ads (able to navigate Ads Manager, pull reports, and discuss performance metrics).
? Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate client needs.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
? Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
