Business Manager Full Ownership – Operations & Strategy REMOTE

We are looking for an exceptional Remote Business Manager who will take full ownership of our daily business operations, process optimization, and strategic growth. This is not just an "employee" role – we need someone who can think and act like a business owner, take initiative, and manage operations independently.

Always available & highly responsive – Must be reachable via mobile, WhatsApp, and email.
E-Commerce & business operations experience – Understanding of Shopify, order processing, customer service, and logistics.
Leadership & problem-solving mindset – Can manage workflows, delegate tasks, and resolve issues independently.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams & partners.
Highly detail-oriented & a fast learner – Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage daily business operations ? Ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Handle supplier & logistics coordination ? Communicate with manufacturers, shipping providers & warehouses.
Manage Shopify orders & fulfillment processes ? Supervise order handling & customer inquiries.
Optimize internal workflows & team coordination ? Use Trello & other tools to improve efficiency.
Assist the CEO in strategy & growth planning ? Help develop & execute expansion projects.
Monitor financial & inventory reports ? Work closely with accounting & inventory management.
