Advanced Real Estate Video Editor

Hello,

I am looking for an advanced real estate video editor.

The hours I will be requiring for you to work would be around 15-20 hours of your time weekly, this may fluctuate depending on the workload we have. There is also an opportunity for you to work full time as the company grows!

There is also an opportunity for you to film talking head videos and do other multi-media tasks within the company but the main person I am looking for this job posting is an advanced real estate video editor

Editing Cues I need to have in you are:
-The edit needs to be flashy and trendy, no boring edits!
-You must know how to do a speed warp effect
-You must be able to have good text effects and be able to highlight keywords in the dialogue (part where the realtor is talking)

Half of the videos you may be editing are Advanced Videos and the other half are just General Videos, these are just simple videos that we make for regular listings.

My only equipment requirement is for the candidate to have a strong internet and a pretty good PC as all of my videos are in 4K ultra HD (Videos filmed in SONY A7Siii)

Your edit will be rated based on:
-Music Choice (you can select any music you want, trendy music is preferred)
-Flow and Quality of the Edit (How good the video is)
-Text Animations (how good the text animations are)
