Senior Digital Designer (Full-Time, Pacific Time)

We are looking for a versatile Digital Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, blending graphic design, UX/UI design, web design, and email design to create visually compelling and user-friendly experiences. You’ll collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize user engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create engaging marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentations, and branded collateral.
- UX/UI Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile experiences, focusing on usability and accessibility.
- Web Design: Develop and maintain website layouts, landing pages, and other web-based assets, ensuring responsive and modern design principles.
- Email Design: Design high-converting email templates and campaigns, optimizing for both aesthetic appeal and performance.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure design aligns with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital design, UX/UI, or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Cnava, and web design tools.
Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and branding.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Familiarity with email design best practices (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Must be able to work full-time (8 AM - 5 PM PT).

Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Experience with Elementor and Active Campaign
