Responsibilities
???? Video Editing & Production:
Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for organic content and paid ads.
Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram,
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and other engaging elements.
Enhance videos with color correction, speed ramps, and seamless transitions.
???? Creative Strategy & Performance Optimization:
Research and brainstorm viral trends, hooks, and video styles to enhance content performance.
Develop and test multiple creative variations to improve conversion rates.
Analyze ad performance data to refine video strategies and improve engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and promotions.
???? Content Curation & Scripting:
Source and repurpose UGC (user-generated content) for engaging brand storytelling.
Create video scripts and storyboards to ensure effective messaging.
Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to gather high-quality footage.

A creative storyteller with a strong understanding of visual trends in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Passionate about DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands, social media, and performance-driven content.
Skilled in fast-paced video editing and comfortable working with trending content formats.
Analytical and data-driven, always looking to test, iterate, and optimize for better results.
Requirements
? Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
? Strong understanding of social media algorithms & ad creatives for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
? Experience with direct-response marketing and storytelling techniques.
? Ability to repurpose UGC, influencer content, and testimonials into engaging ads.
? Familiarity with eCommerce and DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands is a plus.
? Experience using AI tools for content enhancement is a bonus.
