Social Media & Online Presence 1. Content Creation & Scheduling • Draft, edit, and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). • Create graphics, captions, and hashtags to enhance engagement. • Repurpose your content into various formats (e.g., short-form video, carousels, quote posts). 2. Community Engagement & Growth • Respond to comments, messages, and DMs. • Engage with followers, influencers, and potential clients by commenting on their content. • Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations. 3. Content Repurposing • Take snippets from your book, blogs, and presentations to turn into social posts. • Convert videos into reels, shorts, and longer-form posts. • Pull key insights from interviews or past content to keep your online presence active. 4. Analytics & Reporting • Track social media performance and engagement. • Provide insights on what content performs best. • Adjust strategy based on results. 5. Podcast/Video Assistance • Assist in coordinating guest interviews (if applicable). • Upload and optimize content on YouTube or podcast platforms. • Write show notes, timestamps, and transcriptions. Everyday Executive Support 6. Calendar & Email Management • Manage your schedule, book appointments, and handle time-blocking. • Filter, prioritize, and respond to emails on your behalf. • Set reminders for key deadlines and follow-ups. 7. Meeting & Presentation Preparation • Prepare agendas and briefing documents for calls. • Take notes during meetings and track follow-ups. • Organize slides or visual materials for presentations. 8. Travel & Logistics • Book flights, hotels, and transportation. • Coordinate event details, ensuring smooth participation. 9. Personal Errands & Admin Tasks • Handle gift-sending, event planning, and other personal assistant tasks. • Organize digital files and streamline workflow processes. Book Promotion & Marketing 10. Launch & Promotion Strategy • Develop a content calendar leading up to your book launch. • Coordinate virtual or in-person book tour events. • Reach out to podcasts, blogs, and influencers for promotion. 11. Amazon & Online Listings Optimization • Ensure your book listing is fully optimized with keywords, descriptions, and reviews. • Monitor book rankings and make necessary adjustments. 12. Press & Public Relations Support • Draft and send press releases. • Pitch to media outlets, book reviewers, and speaking engagements. • Coordinate interviews and podcast appearances. 13. Lead Magnet & Email List Growth • Set up and manage email funnels to capture leads from the book. • Create free resources or guides to build your audience. • Schedule and send newsletters to engage your audience.
In Addition to these Potential Task the EA needs to have Extremely High English proficiency and be very Skilled managing Social Media and having a good sense of design and be able to match the client's brand and voice in their post as if you were them.

Must know how to use AI and create custom GPT bots.
