We specialize in purchasing vacant land directly from sellers and providing them with a hassle-free selling experience. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Lead Acquisition Specialist to negotiate and close land acquisition deals.
Position Overview
As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and negotiating with motivated landowners to acquire off-market land deals. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, build rapport with sellers, analyze property values, and secure contracts at the best possible terms. Your primary goal is to negotiate and land as many contracts as possible while maintaining excellent seller relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone calls,
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and build rapport with landowners.
Input and manage all seller interactions in the CRM.
Negotiations & Acquisitions:
Assess seller motivation and determine the best acquisition strategy.
Conduct property due diligence, including market research and valuation analysis.
Negotiate purchase terms and secure contracts at the best possible price.
Overcome objections and present compelling offers to sellers.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze recent land sales and trends to make competitive yet profitable offers.
Identify new land acquisition opportunities based on market data.
Closing & Coordination:
Coordinate with the acquisitions team and transaction coordinator to ensure smooth closings.
Maintain communication with sellers throughout the closing process to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, acquisitions, real estate, or land investing (preferred).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset.
Experience using CRM systems to track and manage leads (Podio, REI BlackBook, etc.).
Basic understanding of real estate contracts and land transactions (preferred).
