Key Responsibilities:

Email
Management: Professionally draft, send, and organize emails while maintaining confidentiality and urgency.
Project Management: Oversee and track progress on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and communication remains clear.
Staffing & Hiring: Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Marketing Knowledge: Assist with basic marketing tasks such as content creation, social media management, and market research.
Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to problem solver, handling issues with creativity, urgency, and attention to detail, whether it’s a scheduling conflict, staff query, or project bottleneck.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (bonus if you have experience in marketing or human resources).
Skills:
Highly organized with a keen ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Experience with payroll systems and HR software.
A proactive, positive attitude and problem-solving mentality.
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic content creation is a plus.
Personality: Friendly, approachable, with a can-do attitude. You should be the kind of person who thrives on helping others and going the extra mile.
