About Brightways
Brightways is a leading Amazon agency in the Netherlands specializing in helping brands grow on Amazon US and Europe. We are looking for a highly skilled, best-in-class Amazon Specialist to support our team with Seller Support, Customer Service, Catalog Management, and Troubleshooting.

This role requires agency experience, strong Amazon expertise across both the US and EU markets, and a high level of responsiveness and assertiveness. You will be working closely with our brand managers to ensure seamless operations, optimal listing performance, and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
- Seller Support & Troubleshooting: Proactively resolve listing errors, ASIN suppressions, and account-related issues.
- Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries professionally and ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Catalog Management & Product Uploads: Handle product listings, variations, and updates accurately.
- Keyword Research (Helium10): Conduct advanced keyword research to optimize product visibility and rankings.
- Listing Optimization: Identify and correct listing errors, category mismatches, and compliance issues.
- Brand Manager Assistance: Support brand managers with data tracking, performance analysis, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications
- Proven agency experience and a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central (US & EU).
- Highly responsive, proactive, and assertive in resolving issues independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Helium10 and Amazon SEO strategies.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team player with a structured and results-driven work ethic.

Key Conditions
- 32 hours per week with strict time tracking.
- Performance-based salary tied to productivity and efficiency.
