We are an Australia-based e-commerce store on a mission to save funky fruits and veggies that don’t meet the perfect standards of major supermarkets. If you’re passionate about social media, creating engaging content, and helping customers, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience and promotes our mission
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media with a friendly, professional approach
- Monitor social media trends and engage with our community to foster brand loyalty
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and consistency across all platforms
- Track performance metrics and help develop strategies to increase engagement and followers

What We’re Looking For:

- Available to start ASAP
- Can work weekends if needed
- No other work commitments
- Owns a laptop/PC with a strong, reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Social media savvy with experience in content creation and community management
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experienced in running ad campaigns
- Customer service experience (via social media) preferred
- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools is a plus
- Shopify experience is a bonus but not required!

What We Offer:

- Pay: $1,000 - $2,000 AUD per month (paid weekly)
